This month, [CFC International](https://www.facebook.com/CFCsyndrome) shines a light on the many conditions that may affect the amazing kids with CFC Syndrome. It's essential to understand these conditions, but let's remember: they don’t define who they are!

Individuals with CFC syndrome are unstoppably bold, showing us every day what true courage looks like. 💪❤️ Throughout November, CFC International will be celebrating the incredible boldness within their community by sharing posts - but more importantly - highlighting the individuals with CFC syndrome and their families they serve every single day.

Grinding 4 Good is proud to support Cardio-Facio-Cutaneous (CFC) International 501(c)(3) in its mission to improve the quality of life for individuals with Cardiofaciocutaneous Syndrome and their families through support, research, awareness and education.
